The Poria spring (gr. Πηγή Πωριά Pigí Poriá) is located in the middle of the island of Kos on the outskirts of Antimachia at the road to Kardamena, just after the roundabout in a natural depression at about 130 m above sea level.
The spring is surrounded by a stone enclosure that protects the spring, collects the spring water and drains it away. The Poria spring usually does not fall dry even on hot days, which has created a special habitat for plants and animals around the spring. A large nativity scene is set up next to the spring by the residents of Antimachia during the Christmas season.
